Variable cross-section on beams
Several types of haunches are used in both steel and concrete structure designs. From version IDEA StatiCa 22.1 on, the Checkbot app is able to recognize and assign the cross-section haunches for specific structural members.
The Checkbot app is able to import a wide range of cross-sections from different regions, different 3rd party apps, and from different file formats. Variable cross-sections are enabled and the parameters can be edited in the property chart.
Enhancements in 22.1:
- Definition in the structural model, IOM, import from SAF
- Drawing in Checkbot, property grid
- Input validations and non-conformities
Available in both Expert and Enhanced editions of IDEA StatiCa Steel.
