Chcete-li projekt odeslat, musíte jej nahrát prostřednictvím tohoto formuláře.

Po odeslání projektu jej tým IDEA StatiCa zkontroluje a schválí. 

Specifikace nahrávání projektů:

• Reálné fotografie nebo vizualizace celé konstrukce

• Poskytněte snímek obrazovky vašeho projektu z IDEA StatiCa

• Další snímek obrazovky (FEA, CAD, ...)

• Soubory IDEA StatiCa

• Posudek z aplikace IDEA StatiCa (volitelně)

• Nevkládejte žádné další textové dokumenty. Písemně by vše mělo být vysvětleno v rámci polí ve formuláři.

By submitting models, images, and all content to IDEA StatiCa Excellence Awards you represent and warrant that:

• you are entitled to do so and grant licenses to such content as set forth below.
• submission of such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• your disclosure of Content does not violate any obligations of confidentiality that you may have towards any third party.

You grant IDEA StatiCa a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, modify, publicly perform and publicly display your content for the purpose of marketing and sales demonstration of IDEA StatiCa products, and for the purpose of further development of the IDEA StatiCa products and related services.

IDEA StatiCa as an organizer has the right to terminate the IDEA StatiCa Excellence Awards without prior notice anytime.

The competition categories:

The competition is divided into two groups and eight sub-groups according to the purpose of the project. You can submit one or more models for each of the following categories:

​Concrete category:

• Small scale projects
• Large scale projects

Steel category:

• Small scale projects
• Large scale projects

Student category:

• Steel or concrete projects of any size

Project size definition:

Small scale projects: low-rise buildings, commercial, residential, retail, infrastructure, industrial & recreational, or any other small-scale structure that fits into 20x20x20 m.

Large scale projects: high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, retail, infrastructure, industrial & recreational, or any other large-scale structure, that are bigger than 20x20x20 m.

The student category: Any academic project, which was designed in the IDEA StatiCa software.

Schedule:

You can start submitting your projects in the first round on December 14^th, 2022, at 00:00 UTC time. The submission deadline is February 28^th, 2022, at 23:59 UTC time.

The selection of finalists will take place from 1 March. After the final round, the jury votes on the winners, who will be known on 31 March at 23:59 UTC time.

The winner of each category will be announced on IDEA StatiCa User Day on May 4^th.

Project files:

Upload .ideaCon, .jpg, .jpeg, .svg, .png, .pdf, ... files. The maximum file size is 10MB per piece. A maximum of 10 pieces can be uploaded with your entry.

• Real photos or visualization of the whole construction
• Provide a screenshot confirmation of your project from IDEA StatiCa
• Another screenshot (FEA, CAD, ...)
• IDEA StatiCa files and screenshots
• Report from IDEA StatiCa application (optional)

Feel free to upload any images related to the project. Images of the construction/building, visualization of future buildings, etc.

• Do not upload any further text documents. The written component of your entry should be fully explained within the provided form fields.

The important note for project uploading: In order to keep the quality of the projects, IDEA StatiCa approves each uploaded project. Due to that, your project may appear in the public gallery several hours after submission.

Evaluation process:

Winners will be picked by a jury formed of fellow structural engineers, academics, and senior IDEA StatiCa specialists. The jury will take the following factors into account:

• Usage of IDEA StatiCa application
• Level of presentation (description & number of attachments)
• The originality of the solution
• The creativity of the engineer
• The technical level of the solution

Voting:

Concrete category:

• Small scale projects
• Large scale projects

Steel category:

• ​Large scale projects
• Small scale projects

Student category:

The student projects will be evaluated by the jury in both of the categories (steel & concrete).  The winner will be the project with the most votes.

Important note: By submitting the model to the competition, you grant the right to IDEA StatiCa to use the model and the enclosed materials for advertising (marketing) purposes.

What do the winners receive:

The winner of each professional category will receive a commemorative package with a crystal trophy emblazoned with the IDEA StatiCa logo and an Apple product depending on the specific contest´s category (except the winner of the Prize of the public trophy). 

Additionally, there will be a certificate personally signed by Juraj Sabatka, CEO of IDEA StatiCa for all the winners.

• Winners of the professional categories will receive $500 gift voucher.
• Winners of two student categories (steel & concrete) will receive $200 gift voucher.

All the winners will be announced by the chairs of the steel and concrete categories on the IDEA StatiCa Global User Day on May 4^th and will also receive honorable recognition on our website.

Participating in IDEA StatiCa Excellence Awards will give you considerable publicity in professional circles, especially when you win!
