Managing the Code setup

All parameters in the code setup are set either according to the code or as default values, that have been verified. Changing these parameters is not recommended, while it may cause inaccuracy in analysis results. Yet any changes in the code setup can be saved as new set of default parameters and later reset to the original parameters.
