Dear IDEA StatiCa users, on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, in the morning hours, we plan a general outage of the licensing system for regular maintenance and upgrade. The outage will have an impact on various services provided by IDEA StatiCa.
During the outage period, these IDEA StatiCa applications and services will not be available:
- Allocation or return seats to the license pool.
- Requests for a new license (trial or educational).
- License activation.
- Access to the IDEA StatiCa User portal, incl. support request (case) creation.
The outage will take about 30-60 minutes on Tuesday morning between 6.00 and 7.00 AM CEST (UTC+2).
If you plan to use IDEA StatiCa during this period, please set your license check interval temporarily for at least 24 hours. Here is a guide on how to do it.
Once the outage is gone, you can reset it to the original value again.
