Dear IDEA StatiCa users, we are currently facing an issue with our licensing system provider. The outage has an impact on various services provided by IDEA StatiCa.

During the outage period, these IDEA StatiCa applications and services are not available:

Allocation or return seats to the license pool.
Requests for a new license (trial or educational).
License activation.
Access to the IDEA StatiCa User portal, incl. support request (case) creation.
