We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Manager to join our team and drive growth of IDEA StatiCa's reseller network in the Asia and Pacific region. As the Technical Channel Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new resellers, as well as developing and managing relationships with existing resellers to maximize revenue growth and market penetration. 

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute a channel strategy for IDEA StatiCa, mainly in China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong
  • Identify and recruit potential new resellers that align with IDEA StatiCa's business objectives and target markets 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing resellers, providing training, support, and resources to help them successfully sell and market IDEA StatiCa solutions 
  • Demonstrate IDEA StatiCa at meetings, workshops, webinars, and conferences
  • Drive revenue growth and market share by working closely with resellers to identify and close new business opportunities 
  • Be accountable for company business results in the given territories 
  • Monitor market trends and competition and provide feedback to product development teams to improve product offerings 
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences 
  • Cooperate with the marketing team to define and execute effective marketing campaigns and activities  
  • Prepare accurate business forecast

What are the requirements?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or channel partner sales, preferably in the construction software industry
  • University degree in Civil / Structural engineering
  • Ability to learn how to use and demonstrate software for structural engineers
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing channel partners in a cross-cultural environment
  • Technology enthusiasm – the ability to learn how to use IDEA StatiCa applications on a reasonable level and understand the principles of the software for structural engineers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated to fit quickly into a progressive tech company
  • Willingness to travel frequently (30-50%) throughout the assigned territory, with occasional travel to other countries.
  • Excellent oral and written English and Mandarin.
  • Eligibility to work in Singapore or remotely from the given territory
