User from your organization might be assigned to a different license, usually a trial or an educational license. As each user can be assigned only to one license, you will not able to add this user to your company license. In this case, we need you to contact us with a list of usernames (emails) that you want to link to your license and we will do it for you (they have to share the same domain as your admin email). Just go to the Support center and submit a license case.

Een gebruiker van uw organisatie kan zijn toegewezen aan een andere licentie, meestal een proeflicentie of een studenten licentie. Aangezien elke individuele gebruiker slechts aan één licentie kan worden toegewezen, kunt u deze gebruiker niet toevoegen aan uw bedrijfslicentie. In dit geval kunt u contact met ons op nemen met een lijst met gebruikersnamen (e-mailadressen) die u aan uw licentie wilt koppelen en we zullen het voor u doen (het beste is als de emailadressen hetzelfde domein delen als het admin e-mailadres). Ga gewoon naar het Supportcenter en dien een vraag in.
