Anchoring of steel beam to thin concrete block

Special cases of anchoring of steel beams or columns to slender concrete blocks, like concrete wall edges, is problematic mainly in concrete cone pull-out assessment. Due to the fact that the edge of the concrete block massively influences the concrete cone pull-out code-check procedure, a different design approach must be performed.
