Polytechnic of Leiria

The Polytechnic of Leiria is a public portuguese institution of higher education, which began its activity in 1980. Located in Portugal, it incorporates five higher schools: in Leiria, School of Education and Social Sciences, School of Technology and Management, School of Health Sciences; in Caldas da Rainha, School of Fine Arts and Design; in Peniche, School of Tourism and Maritime Technology. In an effort to always provide the best teaching and learning conditions for its students, Polytechnic of Leiria has been investing in modern and well-equipped facilities and providing excellent quality support services at the level of basic social support (scholarships, canteens , restaurants, residences, medical services, camping and leisure), psychological and psychopedagogical support, as well as access to ample documentation and bibliographic resources (libraries, B-on-Digital Scientific Library).
