Workaround for export of anchoring from Tekla Structures

Despite the fact we still push BIM links forward, there are some limitations, such as export anchoring from Tekla Structures. We will present a workaround of how to export anchoring from Tekla Structures to IDEA StatiCa. All parts of our anchoring will be exported and we will use "general anchoring" for final design and code-check.
