The Frutiger Group has developed from a small family business in Thun into a construction group that operates throughout Switzerland. Nevertheless, we still place great value on a family atmosphere. Thomas and Luc Frutiger are the fourth generation to shape the group.
Digitalization in the construction industry is complex and unstoppable. We combine our know-how in favor of technologies such as BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Lean Management, apply them successfully in practice and continuously develop them further.
We challenge and encourage our employees and our junior staff every day. They are our most valuable asset and make up our group. Our working environment is characterized by a wide range of development opportunities within the group, flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.
