Alison Brooks Architects have designed a new residential development that is conceived as an "urban oasis" for the King’s Cross area of London. Cadence, which is due for completion in 2022, will offer 103 private residential homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The building will feature a terracotta façade and "Bézier curve" arches that echo the architecture of the nearby King’s Cross and St. Pancras International stations.
